Festival Folclórico de la Amazonia, Colonias y Ecoturismo.

The Folk Festival and San Pedro Ecotourism beauty pageant takes place during the last days in June and the early days in July. This festival brings together people from the region and other places in the country in order to see the election and coronation ceremony of "Miss Caqueta", who in turn obtains the opportunity to participate in the National Beauty Pageant of Sanjuanero, that is going to be celebrated in Neiva, Huila. The city gets the party started and the drums and fireworks are sounding around; people from Caqueta and tourists enjoy this festival with joy and responsibility. Cultural expressions like the troupes and floats parades, are typical during this weekend.
