Caqueta Museum: pride of Colombia

In the Caquetá museum are exhibited about 2000 pieces that commemorate the cultural history of Caqueta. It has three halls, one of them is outdoors where are exposed monthly, collections and photographs according to the annual program. The Ethnic hall has around 750 pieces and collections of native tribes from Caqueta. The Colonization hall exhibits about 500 objects and ancient collections that belonged to families of "caucheros" (rich people from the rubber industry), settlers, religious people and other institutions. This pieces through the eye contact with the visitor, tell their own history.
