In the Palace of Fine Arts work the main organizations in charge of the culture in the town, as well the Public Library and the local radio station. The building has two floors and was built in 2000.
Since nine years have been conformed groups of dance, theater and music. The Cultural Center teach workshops in order to educate cultural agents.
