Arazá dessert

The "arazá" (typical fruit from Caquetá) dessert is cooked in low heat. If you want to prepare this delicious cake, you will need 250 gr of "arazá" pulp, then and slowly add 150 gr of sugar, 3 gr of cloves, and 5 gr of cinnamon. After this, it is necessary to add two packages of unflavored gelatin -already dissolved- and then stir the ingredients until get an homogeneous mixture; put the mixture into the refrigerator for 1 hour and then the dessert is served on plates and you can add typical cheese from Caquetá.
