Insulsos

¿Cómo calificaría esta info?: 

To prepare "insulsos" (a kind of biscuit) the corn should be soaked in water for a full night. Then the corn is milled and its podwer is obtained. In another container the milk and raw cane sugar is added.The corn is melting in the water and then is strained.  When the milk boils, the flour is added and it is necessary to whip until this mixture gets hard and finally they add cinammon and cloves as desired.
