Ponche

¿Cómo calificaría esta info?: 

This beverage is whipped in a clay pot. To prepare "Ponche", white eggss are beaten until they get , then the yolks are added and a little of "aguardiente" (a typical liquor in Colombia) and boiled honey. Then the pot is put on the ember because the beverage needs to get warm. Finally the "Ponche" is served in glasses.
