Today, when I told to a couple of friends that I am visiting Florencia (Caqueta), both said to me: ' what crazy and dangerous things are you going to do there"? "That place should be a sty". Then, despite everything, look at the kind of paradise that I arrived. It is true that this area has been cruelly hit by guerrilla and violence , but beyond that, and pointing the positive aspect -thing that everybody should do- there is no doubt that it is a beautiful place. I  can say that I discovered a fantastic landscape surrounded by the "Hacha" river, I ate a delicious "Cachama ahumada" (a smoked fish dish), I had iced "arazá "juice, I bought a necklace made with scales of "Pirarucu" fish, and outside "la Calera" restaurant I saw a "titi" monkey near the table and  it was celebrating at my side the function tonight, at the main auditorium of the "Chamber of Commerce" (the entrances were easily over). 

Thanks to all these people for receive me with such affection at the "Amazon gold door". A "sty" is what we, Colombian people have in our head because we do not appreciate the true beauty of our country.
