Fine arts and culture palace

The Fine Arts and Culture Palace is the epicentre of culture in the municipality (Morelia town). Here the public library is operating,  which by the way, was inaugurated on May 26th in 2009, with an investment of more than $100 million of pesos.  The Public Net of Libraries  and the Ministry of Culture, delivered to Morelia town more than 2,500 books, audio-visual material, computers and a program in order to manage the book collections.
